Text any address to get a report link in seconds
- Start: Text a full address to (909) 566-2866 or use the web form.
- MLS / Listing ID: You can also text ID OC19269031 or ID 363752733 to (909) 566-2866 for Listing-ID lookup.
- You'll receive: A shareable report with comparable sales, status labels, and value context in plain language.
- Address format: Include street, city, and ZIP for best accuracy. Example: 123 Main St, Riverside, CA 92507.
- Important: This tool is for pricing conversations and market context. It is not a formal appraisal.
